The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent, close to Shin-Osaka Station and perfect for exploring Kansai. Dining options are varied and reasonably priced. Facilities are well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay overall.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were tiny, making me feel claustrophobic, but they had everything necessary. The hot water didn't work very well.
